AB Cruisers Varanasi

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, reservations, and services offered by AB Cruisers. By booking or boarding the vessel, guests agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Booking & Reservation Policy

  • For scheduled morning and evening cruise tours, bookings may be available only for upcoming operational dates as decided by AB Cruisers.
  • Infants up to 2 years of age may be allowed onboard free of cost unless otherwise specified.
  • Group bookings, private events, puja bookings, parties, meetings, or special reservations shall be confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment.
  • The remaining balance amount must be paid before the scheduled cruise date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

2. No Show & Seat Allocation

  • In case guests fail to report at the designated time, AB Cruisers reserves the right to release booked seats without refund.
  • Seating arrangements may be modified by staff for safety or management requirements.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

3. Cancellation Charges
  • More than 48 hours before departure: 75% refund.
  • Within 48 hours of departure: No refund shall be applicable.
  • Taxes and payment gateway charges may be deducted from refunds.
4. Rescheduling Policy
  • Requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the journey date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and management approval.

5. Operational Changes & Safety

  • Itineraries and timings may change due to river conditions, weather, or government instructions.
  • AB Cruisers reserves the right to deny boarding to disruptive or intoxicated guests.

7. Cleanliness & Conduct

  • Smoking and unlawful activities onboard are strictly prohibited.
  • Disposal of plastic or waste materials into the river is strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage caused to the vessel property shall be recoverable from the responsible guest.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • AB Cruisers is not liable for injury or loss beyond reasonable operational control.
  • Vessel operation may be suspended or cancelled without notice in case of force majeure.
